Many company who have a lot of small construction projects consider mobile concrete batch plant than stationary type for the portable type is more suitable for their projects. What should you prepare before building a portable concrete batching plant?

A mobile concrete batch plant needs aggregate, cement, sand, water, possibly fly ash and other admixtures as the material for producing final product – concrete. Depends on how large the  project you are batching for, you will need different size of hopper to storage aggregate and sand., the size of concrete mixer and cement silo are also different. For this, your project need a lot of land area. You also need room for a loader to transport these material to the conveyor belts, which are also a necessity. If you are close to an airport, you may need lights on top of the plant. You will need a scale and a mixing drum for the concrete mixer. You will need separate tanks for the cement, water and admixtures. You will need to be able to transfer the batched concrete to the concrete mixer truck. If you don’t need a concrete mixer truck, just a concrete truck, because the batch plant is doing the mixing. Of course, you need good ingress and egress for the trucks to efficiently move in and out. You need a water source. These are just a few things to consider for a mobile concrete batch plant.
