Mobile Volumetric Concrete Batching Plant is usually applied for the small construction projects or removable projects. There are three parts of components of mobile batching plant including Discharging layer, mixing layer and batching weighing layer. The exit to ash weighing hopper adopts the automatic control pneumatic butterfly valve and entrance to ash weighing hopper adopts the soft connection which is be sealed.

Three main parts of Mobile Volumetric Concrete Batching Plant are be equipped with a mobile trailer, which can be transported easily. There are a simple control room on the trailer. Only one worker can finish the whole operating process.
